Well, Banana Ball finally came to Oregon, and we were IN THE BUILDING for Day 2 of Banana Ball at Autzen Stadium — the Savannah Bananas vs. the Party Animals, on the very day the sport made its national television debut on ABC. Yes, we can officially say "we were there when." 📺✨

Autzen Stadium in Eugene — the legendary home of the Oregon Ducks — got its first-ever taste of baseball for this series, with a diamond built right onto the football field. Watching a baseball game underneath those famous Oregon wings? Surreal. And SO much fun.

Banana Ball has grown into a full league with six teams barnstorming across the country — including the Bananas' arch-rivals (and the villains you love to love), the Party Animals. That's who they battled at Autzen, and the rivalry energy was real. The Bananas even swapped their signature yellow jerseys for Oregon Ducks green as a nod to the program's famous ever-changing uniforms. The details, y'all. 🦆💚

What Is It Like to Attend a Savannah Bananas Game? 🎟️

In one word: JOYFUL. From the moment we walked up and saw the Banana Ball World Tour splashed across the Oregon wings, it felt like a festival, a concert, and a ballgame all at once. Autzen was packed shoulder-to-shoulder in yellow and green, the jumbotron was pure chaos in the best way (there was a princess-and-banana moment I still can't fully explain 👑🍌), and every half inning brought something new — dance breaks, crowd games, mascots absolutely going for it on the field.
